When one of my best friends was visiting me in Stratford I wanted to find a place with good food and wine. Most places I knew were in the Westfield mall but we wanted somewhere quiet to catch up and relax. I started searching around and found The Print House bar & kitchen a restaurant that I had seen while walking around due to its distinguished wooden tower outside.
It was one of those places I passed and said I should definitely visit, but never did! This was the perfect opportunity to go check it out! Getting there is quite a walk from Stratford station, around 15 minutes, but when you do get there it is totally worth it. Its interior is a simple classic look with big leather sofas and wooden tables I would call it minimalistic with a classic feel.
We both decided to try the steak, which is served with a portobello mushroom on top and chunky fries, with a bottle of white wine. The steak dish was absolutely delicious and well worth the walk, and the wine that was recommended to us by the waitress was exceptional.
If you find yourself in Stratford and are looking for delicious food or a cold cocktail on a sunny day away from the madness then this is definitely the one.
